Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

we three members owning a joint ownership of a particular land. the first two siblings were staying in that land for about 20 years with the house built by the person who created a document as such said before.but iam the youngest of those three people.and i was staying out for a rent and i didnt claimed for any rental share from that property.So just four years before due to heavy rent in adyar,i shifted to my own land and i spent about 4 lakhs for myself and my family and also for those two people for a comfortable stay, as it was a old house.But even now then they didnt gave any share to me.Now they want to sell the land,after gaining a lot of money from it in form of rental.And they also said that they even take the money they spent for the past 20 years.And finally they palnned to give us only a little money.So we not accepted and now they locked the front and back door of the house, and also the eb meter was inside,in order to make us leave the house.and they were coming then and off staying at their daughter's house nearby.so what is the solution and what could be done and also we dont know the document no.,but we know the year and name on which it was registered.So please provide a suitable solution to this helpless person.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the land documents are registered with the names of all the three owners, the land cannot be sold without your consent and signature on the Sale Deed.
