Is it possible to do the nomination of son when father is alive
Coz my uncle says tat he wann put his son name in the overall property of my grand father
I am asking tis coz my father has just passed away 5 days ago n peoples r being rude...
N its not a big deal ...its the small property of 2.5 acer

Yes, it is possible to do the nomination of son as the legal heir of his property when the father is alive. An uncle does not decide what a father is supposed to do.

what is the issue??if the property is of your grandfather you too have a share in it. no one can take that away.
