if a person die and hold dual citizen of india and usa ,is his child and wife can get his property in heridity

Dear Sir / Madam,
If a deceased American citizen has immoveable property in his / her name in India, his / her legal heirs comprising of father, mother, wife / husband, son(s), daughter(s) can get the title of the property transferred in their name vide a Succession Certificate from the Court.
