Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

We have a Property 30*40 site, which has been registred in two diffrent names 15*40 , 15*40,ie one is in my name & other 15*40 is in my sister name, now we both decided to construct a house together, as our property is registred in diffrent name we cannot get plan approval to consturct together please advice me how can solve & get approval

Dear Sir / Madam,

For formality sake, your sister can register a Gift Deed of her land in your name till the joint construction is complete. Thereafter, you can gift her share back to her after the house is fully built.
