Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I am going to purchase a land but the land is not recorded in city survey but 7/12 and NA order of collector is available. Shall the land come on city survey record by Grampanchyat. Shall I go ahead for the deal

If the land does not appear on the city survey record of the Grampanchayat, there is every possibility that the 7/12 and collector's NA is bogus. Going ahead with the deal is not recommended.
