Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Sir
My father bought a land from a owner who was daughter of my neighbour and the agreement was like that there will be a path between the land for the sisters to come and go but the owner can put his roof above the path but when I do so my neighbour starts quarrels
Please suggest me

1) Issue him a legal notice and also file FIR for trespass based on sale deed.
