You do not have any right in the Property, if the property was self acquired property of your Father. Your father can do anything he wishes with the Property. Notwithstanding he has another property, and without having any cogent reason, you father can evict you from his property. It is the property of your father, and no one, can claim any right over the self earned property of a person.
If you have spend money over the restructuring or repairs over the property, that would make you owner of the Property. You might sue and calim back that money form your father, but, there would be defense that you had been using the property, so there will arise another question of mense profit and premium.
Why would you father do that ? Do you not have cordial relation with him ?
Any ways you have no right, You can claim nothing.
