Sir this is a property differ between brothers am elder son of my father and am in abroad about 10 years (1981-1990) i send money to my brother he bought plot,agricultural place in my village some misunderstanding between me and my brother so he divide the property and gave it to me he wrote in whitepaper that this is the property of u with the proof of village panchayats in 1991 now i want sign from my brother to get register but he didnt came to register office for past 4 years and told that who r u to take my property,,, what should i do sir?

what is the answer of that paper with village panchayats?

Dear Sir / Madam,

What's important is whether the title of the plot and agricultural land purchased by your brother is in your name, or in his name or in joint names in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar. Only if it is in the name of your brother alone, or in joint names can your brother partition the property. You should rely upon and produce the proof of village panchayat to the Registrar and request him to decide the matter ex-parte, if your brother repeatedly refuses to sign the partition in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar.
