Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Sir, I wanted to know if in father's property the nominee is son then are the daughters entitled for any share. In case there is no nominee in the property then how this could be shared amongst siblings under Hindu succession Act.

Dear Sir / Madam,
By naming the son as the nominee of his property, the father has clearly extinguished his title to the property in the name of his son, after he is no more. In the absence of nomination, all surviving legal heirs have an equal right and share in the property.
Regards,
