Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hi Sir,
Actually we the problem is out father passed away without will and our mother is also not more. Now we are 3 brothers and 2 daughters which are married. So without a will daughters are also seeking equal portion in will. What we can do in this case?

Dear Sir / Madam,
In the absence of a Will of your parents, you may obtain a Succession Certificate to decide on the ownership succession of the property.. Married daughters have equal right and share in their parents property.
