Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
sir/maam,
if somebody is living in a house that is owned by somebody else (or a trust) and that the owner (or the trustee with no nominee) is dead for several years, who owns the house then and how can the tenant own the house?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The legal heirs of the deceased Managing Trustee along with other trustees own the house. The tenant can never own the house.
