Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hi, We have sold a car in 2008 and name is still on our name. now that car is caught by police with 12 boxes of liquor and because car is still on our name police sent us a notice ..please advice how to go ahead.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should contact the purchaser directly or the agent who brokered the sale deal and handover the Police notice to them for action.
