Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

The urban land ceiling regularised the plot ,but ther e is error in the plan,

pl. advice

1- who will correct the plan as the g.o is issued and the plot is regularised.

2- will the u.l.c dept correct the plan is this within the powers of this dept.

3- or will the plan be rejected and shall be corrected by govt. pl. advice

Dear Sir / Madam,

The same Urban Land Ceiling Department (ULCD) that regularized the plot of land is supposed to :

1. carry out additions and alterations to the plan showing its correct dimensions and layout;

2. yes, it is within the powers of the ULCD to correct the plan and;

3. refer answers in point (1) and (2) above.
