Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
will you be able to tell me if the following case is a violation of any law?
I have an ebook which I purchased from any estore - for example 'Blink' from Amazon.
and then i upload that ebook on my website for other people to read NOT download but only read. There might be instances where multiple people are reading the same book at the same time on my website.
So, is it possible that I, being the website owner, am violating any law?
Would be of immense help if you can answer this, thank you!
