Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
if a will made by mother to her son from her property is valid after her death. can her daughter raises any objection.does she have any rights if she doesn't get any share from the mothers property?

Dear Sir / Madam.
The executor / beneficiary named in the Will needs to obtain a Probate on the Will. You can raise your objection during the Court hearing prior to the issue of the Probate.
