Legal Question in International Law in India
I am working in oman for my employer in visit visa it has been extended 2 times but not get employment visa. I have back to india on leave where I have kept office laptop with me. And I have not signed any asset handed over to me. Now i am unable to return back to oman and my employer threatening to file Fir against me. Kindly advise in that case where the fir will registered in India or Oman and how I get rid from this issue

you have not elaborated as to which offence have you committed in Oman. However, the FIR is lodged only at the place where the offence was committed.
