we bought a property in 1976 from our landlord, but our landlord despite our agreement fraudulantly sold to another party at higher price.we filed a case against new landlord and won the case.High court ordered us to deposit the balance amount with nazir of high court, which we did and requested nazir to invest this amount for profit.Finaly property was transfered by nazir of court after winning case in supereme court. Now the first landsord has sent us a notice and want us to give him NOC so he can with draw amount. Can we claim only profit from that investment and what shoul be the ground? Profit is not your right but that of the seller of property. You have the property with apprised value.
