Legal Question in Employment Law in India
2 months over but company not settle my full & final amount (Salary, LTA, Medical, PF etc) and create a problem of clearance. Where my probation period over and I have not received any extension letter reg. that. So, as per Indian Act what law favour of me to get this amount.

Dear Madam / Sir,
At the outset, let me inform you that the Company is legally entitled to recover and adjust your salary (basic pay only) for the notice period (in case you have not served the notice period as specified in your Offer / Appointment Letter from your full and final settlement dues. Unless specifically mentioned in your Offer / Appointment Letter that your services will be confirmed in writing, your confirmation in the Company is implied. Depending on the nature of your job title and position, your issue will be governed by the Labour Law, Contract Act, Factories Act & Industrial Disputes Act.
