Legal Question in Employment Law in India
We (23 person) have terminate from company without intimation when we want to ask our 3 month pending salary. now we claim to company through labor court but still we don't get proper response and our money, PF and graguati. So what can we do for getting our justice. please do the needful.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Company is not abiding by the Labour Court verdict, you may file a default suit against the Company in the High Court.
