Legal Question in Employment Law in India
7th CPC has approved that Short Service Commissioned (SSC) Officers are allowed to leave service between 7-10 Years of service. Can it be applicable to SSC Officers who had joined before the implementation of 7th CPC i.e. before 01-01-2016. If armed forces refuses to release these officers, can any thing be done for release?
Thank You

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Central Pay Commission (CPC) order extends retrospectively, it will be applicable to Short Service Commissioned (SSC) Officers before the date of implementation. No employee is bonded to the organisation he / she serves. The employee is free to quit service as and when he / she pleases to quit.
Regards,
