After more than 5 year of working in pharma company now management harrasing & applying condition's in the name of providing incentive due to us for past year. What can us do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Company Management's acts and deeds are illegal and ultra viores which can be complained to the local Labour Commissioner and the Factories Inspector for their attention and redresssal.
