Legal Question in Employment Law in United Arab Emirates

I am 61 years old , I am working in Dubai Company since last 21 Years , My visa renewal has been stopped by may Manager in the Dubai company , it now expired since last 22 days . My Emirates I.D.Card is also expired . Just 14 days earlier my Manager asked me to transfer my Visa from the Dubai company to the Sharjah Company , where the my current sponsor has his brothers as an Partners . But the Sharjah Company Sponsors would not provide my Gratuity and the same salary , which I am Getting in Dubai . They would reduce my Salary and the reduce Other basic pay scale & other Benefits . I have an fear that even my Gratuity also , shall be not paid as i am deserving . Can I stop this my visa transfer , until and unless they pay my 21 years gratuity of my service in Dubai Company ? If yes or no ? How can any one advice ? It is most urgent , I would need some reply & help .

Dear Sir / Madam,

You have already crossed the retirement age of 60. Quit the job for good and take all your final settlement benefits including your Gratuity from your present employer. You can work as a consultant after a gap of few months with a new sponsor in Dubai.

The contents of your mail do not state clearly as to the manner they would transfer your Visa to the Sharjah Company and whether that Company is a Branch of your present Company. You would be well within your rights to claim your 21 years Gratuity. If they do not pay you the same, you can approach the Labour Department.
