Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i am accepted appointment letter and this letter there is one clause like that if want leave job than give 3 months notice or pay 3 months lieu of salary. i am received letter from organization to fullfill this clause if i am not fullfill this clause what happens in future or what action taken by organization?

Dear Sir / Madam,
This clause pertains to 'notice period' that you are required to serve in the event you resign from the Company. You will have to either serve 3 months notice or pay salary to the Company for the notice period not served by you. Failure to comply may result in the Company taking legal action against you.
