Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i am accepted appointment letter as management trainee and this letter there is one clause like that if want leave job than give 3 months notice or pay 3 months lieu of stipend.i am only working 1 month in organization now i am leave a job without notice. i am received letter from organization to fullfill this clause if i am not fullfill this clause what happens in future or what action taken by organization?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should inform the Company Management that notice period for Management Trainees during probation is normally 7 days and not 3 months.
