Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi! what action can I take if at my workplace my colleagues who are all male have harassed me mentally and used nasty remarks and foul language with no respect towards me (being a lady) and my hardwork. Been partial and now made situations so difficult after which I stood strong but had to ultimately quit. Though they have said they will pay for 2months. I run all expenses alone and really want them to be punished.Kindly advise as I tolerated it for 4yrs.
In regards,It was my boss who was harrassing me mentally and verbally. I did report to the GM but it seemed they knowingly had no say in it ..so they themselves suggested I leave and they will pay me for 2months too.

Dear Madam,
Your complaints to the Management higher ups is on record and will be actioned against those who have discriminated against you. Since you are entirely on your own, your first objective should be to ensure that you are paid all your final settlement dues including the 2 months compensation pay, and since you have the relevant working experience, you should immediately fetch yourself a new job.
