What age is a person superannuated in a private firm in case the same is not mentioned in the appointment letter ? Can the organization superannuate a person without any notice period in a private firm ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the appointment letter is silent, a person is superannuated in a private firm at the age of 58. No, the organization cannot superannuate a person without serving the proper notice period to the concerned employee.
