A aggrement is signing between two parties for the purpose to work for the period of minimum 3 years in an organisation, if breaches the employee should pay damages amount of 50 Thousand. After 2 years the member breaches the aggrement. what is the limitation period for filing damage suit, i.e 3 years from the date of breaching of aggrement or 3 years from the date of period of execution of aggrement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The limitation period of three years applies and commences from the actual date of Agreement breach or violation by the party in default, and not from the date of execution of the Agreement.
