Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was appointed as the Whole Time Director in addition to my existing appointment as CEO.

Copy of the resolution confirming my appointment as Whole Time Director for a period of 5 years and with monthly remuneration was given to me.

I submitted resignation from DIRECTOR after six months.

Am I elligible for claiming additional remuneration for Directorship in addition to my salary as CEO.

Is it a suitable case for filing for recovery of the remuneration committed to me for the services as Whole Time Director.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You are authenticating and signing Company correspondence either as a CEO or as a Whole Time Director or as a Director. Iff the resolution specifically mentions that the monthly remuneration given to you is in addition to your monetary entitlement and benefits or perks as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the same Company, which is absurd and highly unlikely, you remain eligible for both. Legal recourse is not advisable and not recommended.

Regards,
