Legal Question in Employment Law in India
as per my appointmen letter notice period is 30 days and if any changes in it it should be mutual aggrement or undertaking..further during my employment they extend it with 60 days without my accpetance. Now i resigned and serve 30 days notice period any company dedtucing 1 month salary.where as at time of resign i had not requested to relieve me in short notice..they give e date with 30 days....It is ethical and right??

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since your Appointment Letter clearly states 30 days notice period and you have served that period after giving notice, the Company is unethical and wrong if they still deduct your 30 days salary on the pretext that your notice period is 60 days.
