I got Award from the Labour Court Hyderabad against my illegal dismissal from service that " In the result the Award is passed holding that the enquiry report is not based on evidence and setting aside the order of dismissal and directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service, with continuity of service, with all attendant benefits and with full back wages". After dismissal of Writ Petition and Writ Appeal by the Hon'ble High Court of Hyderabad. After a lapse of (10) month he Management has given reinstatement order only and taken work without paying the salary about (9) years, after lapse of (9) years paid back wages (not as per the Award) and after (11) years given notional promotions with effect from the due dated on par with my juniors but without back wages and other monetary benefits. The implementation of Award by the Management is correct under the labour law.

You should again file a writ petition in the same Court informing them of the violation.
