Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My self B. P. GUPTA .In my offer letter there is a condition-1. On satisfactory completion of probation period in our company a separate letter to this effect would be issued. After completion of probation period the management can terminate your service with one-month notice or one month month salary. During probation ,it will be 15 days.You will be at liberty to leave the services of the company after giving one-month notice. IT IS CLEAR THAT FOR EMPLOYEE THERE IS NO SALARY OPTION IN THIS CONDITION.IS IT LEGAL AND CAN I CHALLENGE THIS CONDITION IN COURT?

Dear B P Gupta,
You should clarify with the Company and get the clause for employee's one month's notice period or salary thereof incorporated in your Offer / Appointment letter.
