Legal Question in Employment Law in India

There is ban on compensate appointment in mtnl ,i got circular copy of that .now I wanted to know that can I challenge it in court ? As my father died in last month and he was HIV positive from last 5 yers .

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should first ensure that your deceased father's dues from Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) are credited and settled by them to your family and complete those formalities.

If you have already applied to MTNL to appoint any of your family member in lieu of your father's demise on compassionate grounds, and if the same has been rejected by MTNL in writing, I do not advise and recommend legal action as it will only prove futile.
