Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I belong to Lingayat banajiga caste.But the caste mentioned in my school leaving certificates is Hindu lingayat. Now I have obtained a caste certificate with Banajiga as caste.I'm applying for civil services exam.Will it be a problem during document verification,as my caste is different in leaving certificate and caste certificate?

Caste discrimination of any form or nature is illegal and a criminal offense.
