Legal Question in Employment Law in India
my boss works with two private companies ..although with a regular duty company it is written that he cannot work ? please ANSWER

Dear Sir / Madam,
Although specifically prohibited in writing, many companies overlook their employee working for more than one company as long as it does not in any way hamper the performance of the employee on the job. Unless it does affect you directly, refraining from initiating any action is advisable and recommended.
