Legal Question in Employment Law in Bangladesh

how to do against bullying,harassment, victimize in workplace, then termination by force without proper clarification and hearing.Have written evidence and witness verbal records. Written in brief. Jobless after 5+ years great contribution in company buying/merchandising in a world renowned organization local office. Now jobless after 12+ years career. Sent a written complain/LN to its global office and head office but got negative response with disagreed. Pls advice.

If you come to the definition of labour, there is labour court to praying for the damage/service back. If you are not then relief is time consuming in our legal system. This is not impossible, but the procedure is lengthy. You need to be active till the end.

If you want your service back, lengthy procedure should not be adopted because you will loose competency when time runs. If you want damage you can try your luck.
