i have case against my company ,first hearing on 6 th june. due to no salary payment since 6 months.

i need to cancel my visa,if i go to first hearing,is it possible to cancel my visa in court itself.

Hi,

Once the case proceedings begin, you may approach them along with any Job Offer letter, if you have any Job offer and you can get temporary work permission... if its only for Visa cancellation then you may approach them only for the same.
