Same old case as I won't find option to clarify more so posting it again.

Regarding exit formality - What I mean is -

Everyone got mail from HR stating last working day of company.

Also Service letter & experiance letter is only thing provided by company (after lots of requests).

No other dues & salary are cleared . Also we never signed any documetns of cleariance done.

Also we got some mail proof where they said earlier that all dues will be cleared in 45 - 60 days.

Also we cant w8 for more time as its a huge amount pending from their side not only for employees also for investors.

We know that our case is strong and every one got all documents including salary delay mails to prove that dues are not clear & never signed any document for clearance done.

Case :-

My org not payed Salary of last 2 months , Pf of last 2 months, TDS for all year (2014-2015 ) and Bonus .

Along with me aroung 30-40 + people are affected accross the location mumbai, Hydrabad, Chennai,

FYI - All 30-40 people are not working with them anymore and all are done with exit formalities.

More to add to this, They are not responding to emails and phone calls neither on official landline number nor on mobile numbers.

Please guide us How do we proceed in this case as we all people are plannig to go ahead in a goup.

Also where do i file complaint so that i get my money back

One more query :-

Company Headoffice is in Chennai. so can we conduct all procedure in Mumbai location?
