Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I want to case in a group(40 employee) on department relating to pay parity with similaraly placed employees.if department give to only me higher pay during case .then this is must to i withdraw my name .or must to inform the court.

You should amicably sort out the matter with the Management, Court case is not advisable and not recommended.
