In a case for submitting 2 surity of worth 50000/- to the court can a person do a 50,000/- fixed deposit of two to the court

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, if the Court agrees to the assignment of the Fixed Deposit receipt of the two persons in favour of the person from whom the sureties are being sought by the Court.

1) The court some times permits Bank FDRs lien in lieu of two sureties.
