Q. In case of termination of employment of an employee, by what time should the full and final settlement regarding the salary and relieving letter should be done ?

A. In case of termination of employment of an employee, the employer should complete the full and final settlement process ideally on the date of termination of employment, else within 3 (three) working days of the last working date of the concerned employee.
