Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have been cheated by a fraud consultancy regarding an employment. I have provided a sum of Rs.24861 on May. At late June, they called me and informed me that, they were unable to provide the job that they said. As a cancellation charge, they told me to deposit 8600 through ICICI bank. I have made this transaction on Aug 1st. As per their words, they told me that I will be getting the entire money within 3 days. But its been 1 week. They are not even lifting the call now.
I have recorded their call and have all details regarding the entire transaction that I have made with him. In that case how should I proceed to get my money back. I am not speaking on behalf of me, I am just a representative among those who have been cheated by these frauds.
