Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have given a cheque for Rs 10 lakhs to a company based on a contract that the company will provide me training. When one year has elapsed, I realise that the company doesn't give me any training. If I give a "stop payment" direction to the bank concerned will it be an offence ?
