Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My client, based in Gujarat, has seconded one of its employees to another company based in Maharashtra. Would the laws of Gujarat or of Maharashtra apply to the seconded employee?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The answer is dependent on the nature of laws you are referring to. The laws of the concerned State wherein the contractual employment of the seconded employee with your client has been initiated and completed will apply
