Legal Question in Employment Law in India
The Company may, at its absolute discretion, terminate this appointment at any time by giving three calendar month notice in writing or three month salary inlieu there of. You may also terminate this appointment by giving the company three calendar month notice in writing and / salary inlieu of unserved notice.
The above statement is written in my Offer letter, my question am i eligible for giving one month notice period and salary for rest 2 months.

Dear Ankit,
Yes. as per the Offer Letter, you are eligible to give the Company one month's notice period and serve it, and pay basic salary of the remaining two months notice period not served by you.
