if my company accepts my resignation and then refuses to relieve me on the date of completion of my notice period, then how should i proceed with legal action?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Company has accepted your resignation and you have completed the terms and conditions regarding notice period, the Company cannot legally refuse to relieve you. If your full and final settlement dues have not been paid and settled to you by the Company, giving the Company final 7 days time to settle dues, else Police action is advisable and recommended.
