Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Company appointed new person with same designation and asked old person to resign, eventhough he got "Met expectation " rating 1 month back, Due to politics, CEO appointed his person and asked old person (Sr Manager) to leave the organisation. Please let me know what compensation he can get now...

Dear Sir / Madam,
The employee whose service has been terminated is entitled to all the terminal benefits which include Notice Pay, Provident Fund, Gratuity and any other benefits as contained in his / her Appointment Letter.
