Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have been associated with company called XYZ since 2007, it is almost 7 year of experiance in the same company and working as a manager. Company has been laid off near about 20 employees including me by giving 1/2 month notice as per offer letter. The reason they said due to financial crunch we have taken this decision. Later we found that this is all dram they have did. The reason is they want to send out senior people from the company. Can we take any legal action against company for such behaviours. Is there any law applicable for this kind of issue to address? Please advice.
