Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My Company is denying me bonus on grounds that they only pay active employees.I was asked to leave recently (officially I have been asked to resign) on grounds that i dont fit in culturally.Just want to know if they can treminate me on these grounds and also refuse me bonus.They have also denied bonus to other people who have quit.

Dear Sir / Madam,
An employee is eligible for bonus declared by the Company if he / she is in the employment of the organization anytime (part or full) during the financial period for which the bonus has been declared by the Company. The employee need not be employed with the Company as on the date of announcement and declaration of the bonus. which is normally after the close of the financial period.
