Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Company is denying to issue experience certificate for applying in the central government job. Mai i have any advice to issue it from employer without resigning?

Dear Sir / Madam,

In my opinion, if the Company is denying or refusing to issue an Experience Certificate, you may furnish and provide other evidence like Appointment Letter and latest two month's salary slips as evidence of your being working in the present job.
