Legal Question in Employment Law in India

A company is giving paid SEO training for Rs 20,000. After we have taken the training from them, they guaranteed to give a job at their company as SEO Developer with salary as Rs 30,000. This salary is achievable only after 2 years of experience in this field. I asked to put all these in writing. They are saying that many students drop out in between of the training and that's why they cannot give a letter as they have stated above. They said that they will give a letter saying that they will provide a job after 60 days training and exam, and if I am willing I can take up the job.

Please note that such a training is available at my city at half the rate with computer training institute. They claim the difference from the others is that they provide a job with salary that can be achieved only after 2 years.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Any computer program or software is always evolving and keeps improvising. Since the Company cannot give a letter in writing of a guaranteed job, it is not advisable and not recommended to go ahead. You should take the training in your own city since it is available at half the price.
